Vacant former public libraries are included in the newest list of the city’s most endangered historic resources. Preservation Dallas released the list this morning.
The former Walnut Hill Branch Library is among them. It was designed by Fisher & Jarvis and Associates Architects and built in 1961.
The list also includes the city’s historic preservation program on the list. The city’s budget for historic preservation was cut 50 percent last year
