Retail occupancy in the Dallas-Fort Worth area has not started to improve, reports The Weitzman Group. The current occupancy rate is 86.2 percent, down from 86.4 percent at this time last year. The good news is that the study’s authors think the market may have bottomed out after more than two years of declines.
