City Cafe on West Lovers has temporarily closed until Aug. 9 for a “face lift” that will ultimately celebrate the restaurant’s 25-year, silver anniversary, according to a DMN update.
Since 1985, this neighborhood bistro has been recognized as one of the most prestigious dining spots in Dallas. It will be interesting to see what kind of “upgrades” a fine dining place like this will get. During cafe’s hiatus, the to-go shop will remain open.
