Well, Zinsky’s Deli closed Tuesday, and another restaurant is already on its way in. The folks at the Observer reported today that Zoe’s Kitchen has finalized a deal to move into the storefront at Preston and Royal.
Zoe’s has 37 locations in the South and already has three in Dallas, including the ones West Lovers and in Snider Plaza which we reviewed back in 2008. The Mediterranean eatery touts its fresh veggies and cheese prepared every morning, encouraging healthy, low-calorie options.
