If Jeff Siegel’s previous post didn’t wet your appetite for good wine and good food, tonight’s cooking demo at TJ’s Fresh Seafood Market just might.

When fish is on the menu, we tend to go straight for a crisp, white wine, but TJ’s experts insist that red pairs just as well. They’ll show you how to prepare seafood with blends like rosé or pinot noir.

The demo is 6-9 tonight at the market at Preston and Forest. Admission is $12. About 80 people attended TJ’s last event.
