Restaurant talk: Supporting local schools

There are three opportunities coming up for neighbors to go out to eat while helping to raise money for programs at neighborhood schools:

Chik-fil-A at Forest and Inwood will donate 25 percent of sales Friday to the Marsh Middle School Leadership Cadet Corps.

Sevy’s Grill is hosting its sixth annual Pancake Breakfast benefiting Hillcrest High School 9 a.m.-noon Oct. 24. Tickets are $10, and 100 percent of proceeds go toward HHS theater and HHS Panaders. The meal includes pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, a fruit cup and your choice of coffee, tea, juice or milk. Reservations are required; email Amy Severson.

When you eat at the Boston Market next Marsh Middle School 4 p.m.-10 p.m. Oct. 27, you can help raise money for the W.T. White Choir Booster Club. Just mention W.T. White, and 15 percent of your meal is donated to the club.
