In case you’ve been hiding under a rock – former President George W. Bush made an appearance this morning at Preston Royal Borders, and, as expected, there was quite a turnout, including protesters.

The Observer was there to snap some photos of Bush and the crowds that ensued. The turnout is estimated at more than 1,500 people, some of whom camped out in front of the store to get their autographed copies of his memoir, “Decision Points”. One fan had been there since 2 p.m. yesterday.
