Huffington Post came out with this map of the U.S., pairing each state with a movie most fitting. Their choice for Texas, “No Country for Old Men.”

I can dig it, but there’s a slew of other more classic options like “Bonnie and Clyde”, “Best Little Whorehouse in Texas,” and the never-ending list of John Wayne flicks (i.e. “Red River,” “The Alamo.”) The Post’s picks were decided based on movies about Texas and/or filmed in Texas.

But I’m kind of jealous of some of the other states: Oregon (“The Goonies”), Nevada (“Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas”), Tennessee (“The Evil Dead”).

This guy adopted his own map from the idea, pairing each state with a TV show. Yep, “Walker Texas Ranger.” Now, that’s something to be proud of.
