WordSpace, a local nonprofit literary arts group that serves all of North Texas, has selected the best student work in the area to be featured at the Gerald Burns Student Readings, and three out of four of the schools are in our neighborhood.
From Hockaday, there’s An Reil Wang and Claire Banowsky; From Greenhill, we have Erin Ginsberg and Jessica Tolbert; Yavneh Academy, Gang of 15. Other students came from Booker T. Washington.
The students will perform readings of their work at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Kessler Theater in Oak Cliff.
