Foster Kids Charity is calling for donations of school supplies for elementary and middle school students in the foster care system. Michelle Armour founded the nonprofit organization to help improve the well being of foster children and educate people about their plight.
The school supplies that are needed include: spiral notebooks, children’s scissors, rulers, pencils, pencil sharpeners, 24-count crayons, pink erasers and Elmer’s glue.
Bring items to the Foster Kids Charity office at Hillcrest and LBJ by Saturday, Aug. 6.
