Santa Claus will stop in at Duxiana in Preston Center this Sunday from 5-8 pm before he circumnavigates the globe on Christmas Eve. In addition to hearing what’s on your list, he’ll pose for free photos with the Duxiana Polaroid or with your own camera (so nice when you go to print Christmas cards).

Also at Duxiana will be students from the Shelton School service learning organization Chargers for Change. They’ll be collecting gloves, scarves or hats for kids aged 3 to 18 for Friends of Wednesday’s Child, the group which brings hope and healing to foster kids who’ve overcome abuse and neglect. Chargers for Change will also assist guests in decorating cards or writing letters to thank members of the military as part of the A Million Thanks program. A Million Thanks seeks to demonstrate support for the dedication, service and sacrifice of active and veteran U.S. servicemen and women all over the world.
