A Jewish deli that serves spanakopita and moussaka? That’s one of the perks of having a Greek owner. Beyond the menu of corned beef and matzo ball soup, Gio’s co-owner Spiro Gionnopoulos serves up Greek favorites by request. Besides his work at the deli, he also owns a catering business that specializes in everything from Italian to Mexican food. “I can make anything,” he says.
