July 4 Hillcrest Forest Fourth of July Beginning at 10 a.m., the Hillcrest Forest Neighborhood Association, Arthur Kramer PTA and Hillcrest Forest Volunteers in Patrol present the Hillcrest Forest Fourth of July celebration.
