You may wonder why I waited two weeks after Lent began to write about this, but I thought it’d be good to wait until the March magazine came out so I’d have some places to refer you to.

We all know that during this time of the year most fast food chains and restaurants add fish items to their menus, some good, some bad and most, (in my personal experience), mediocre.

I spent a lot of time driving around our neighborhood looking for spots that serve vegetarian offerings for our March magazine, and tasted some excellent food and met some passionate restaurateurs along the way. Might I suggest you give some of these places a try and avoid the long lines that comes with a pescatarian diet.
