Developers of Preston Hollow Village plan to add office development along with the 14,000-square-foot Trader Joe’s, the Dallas Morning News reports.
When former Preston Hollow editor Emily Toman first reported on the incoming Trader Joe’s she said the North Central and Walnut hill location is considered “one of the most valuable pieces of real estate in Dallas.”
The new office space will be located near Trader Joe’s, and retail, apartments and townhouses are also planned for the 42 acre mixed-use development.
Provident Realty plans to start the project sometime June, the DMN reports.
