Tex-Mex restaurant Chiladas Fresh Mex Grill of Plano will open its Preston Hollow location June 5.
The restaurant, which goes by a “no added MSG, no microwaves and no shortcuts” policy, will be open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. seven days a week. Management touts their hand-picked ingredients and knowledge of the origin of all their food down to the veggies.
“The Chiladas team has curated a Tex-Mex menu using produce that can be traced back to the exact farm and, more precisely, the plot of land it came from,” according to a press release.
Chiladas will also offer brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. The restaurant is owned by Williamson Family Investments of regional chain, TaMolly’s. Owners plan to open five more locations throughout the Metroplex by 2014. The address is 4448 Lovers.
