Starting August 5, 37 local businesses – including The Purple Cow Restaurant at Preston and Royal – will host a food drive to benefit the North Texas Food Bank. Customers can donate canned food and non-perishable food items at the stores through August 31. Some of the businesses offer discounts in exchange for donations.
