Gina Ginsburg, owner of the Hair Bar in the Preston Royal Village, has been chosen to compete for the title of Mrs. Texas America. Ginsburg will represent Dallas County in competing for the title of Mrs. Texas America on April 2014 at the Corsicana Palace Theater in Corsicana, Texas. The winner will go on to compete for the title of Mrs. America.
Ginsburg is a committed volunteer, wife, and mother of two boys, ages 5 and 6. Along with running the Hair Bar, she also serves on numerous philanthropic boards in the area, including Heroes for Children and the board for the Frontiers of Flight Museum. She graduated magna cum laude from Southern Methodist University, has a diverse background in entrepreneurial endeavors, and is even a commercial jet pilot.
“I feel it is my duty to use my talent to raise money for the programs and organizations that I am passionate about,” says Ginsburg. “I teach and instill the desire to give back into our boys, so that they too will follow in my husband and my philanthropic footsteps.”
