Award-winning singer-songwriter Rebecca Loebe performs at Uncle Calvin’s Coffeehouse Friday evening at 8 p.m. She quit her full-time job as a recording studio engineer to pursue her own music, doing about 150 shows a year. Tickets are $15 in advance, $18 at the door.

Moscow Ballet will take the stage for three performances on The Nutcracker at McFarlin Auditorium: Friday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Purchase tickets online here.

A trunk show, featuring handbags and jewelry from Dallas-born, New York-based designer Lele Sadoughi’s fall/winter collection is taking place at the home of Robin Stone at 6535 Forest Creek, this Friday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sadoughi’s pieces have been feautred in numerous magazines, including Elle, Glamour,and Vogue.
