The restaurant serves traditional fare such as curried meats and breads cooked in a clay oven and stir-fried meats and vegetables. There are vegan and gluten-free options, too. The word “Masala” means a spice mixture. The chain has locations in Richardson, Plano and Irving.
In case you’ve missed it, several new restaurants have opened in and around the Plaza at Preston Center in recent months, including Miss Chi Vietnamese, True Food Kitchen, Mi Piaci, Capriotti’s sub shop, just to name a few.
