Green House Market offers counter-service, a fresh pressed juice and coffee bar (featuring Blue Bottle Coffee,) a wide variety of to-go options, and catering.
This is the first brick and mortar restaurant for Robyn and Michael Siegel, who own and operate the Green House Truck (one of Dallas’ first gourmet foods trucks.)
The Green House Market menu includes soups, sandwiches and stir-fry variations made with farm-to-table fare using local and organic ingredients — with quinoa and kale aplenty — whipped up by Executive Chef Ben Hutchison.
Additionally, entrees, such as the Local Yocal flank stank, come with two salads from the menu — which boasts a hefty selection of 17 different salads. Check out the full menu here.
