As we’ve reported here, the construction going on at Forest and Inwood is for a new restaurant development that will house three new eateries: Einstein Bagels, Rusty Taco and The Juice Bar.

Hermansen Land Development previously announced on its Facebook page that B.B. Bop Seoul Kitchen would be opening in one of the spaces, but Kirk Hermansen confirmed today that it would instead be The Juice Bar, which also has a location in Inwood Village.

The health-conscious spot offers a variety of juices, smoothies and yogurt cups.

Hermansen says construction should be complete within the next couple of months, and all three restaurant should be open “easily by the end of the year.”
