The new Capital One Bank on Lovers Lane is now open for business.
Capital One Bank has opened a new branch on the corner of Lovers and Lomo Alto. This is one of three Capitol One Bank locations within the Preston Hollow vicinity.
The new bank boasts three drive-in lanes (including an ATM lane) and a walk-up ATM. Drive-up service is available from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Lobby hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 6 p.m. on Friday. Saturday hours are from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
For nearly 20 years, the corner of Lovers and Lomo Alto was home to Anteks Furniture Store, a rustic home decor store that closed in the summer of 2009 and relocated to the Design District. The furniture store building was razed and the lot remained vacant until construction on the Capital One building began last year.
