We’ve been watching the new restaurant development at the northeast corner of Inwood and Forest, and it’s all coming together pretty quickly.
Hermansen Land Development announced that Einstein Bros. Bagels will open this Wednesday, and the other two tenants — Rusty Taco and The Juice Bar — are coming in mid May.
