The World Cup is one of those events that bring the whole world together in the name of soccer, and the action is just getting started. Forgot to book your flight to Brazil? Never fear – there are plenty of spots in and around the Preston Hollow area that are perfect for celebrating victories (or commiserating losses…but let’s hope for the best). GOAAAAAAL!

Inwood Tavern
The oldest continuously operating bar in Dallas, Inwood Tavern is celebrating its 50th anniversary – how fitting that the World Cup falls in the same month. Recently remodeled with an all-new TV and sound system, you’ll be able to catch all the action while enjoying great Texas brews.

Trinity Hall
A true Irish pub and restaurant, Trinity Hall will air all of the games during the World Cup. In case you’re curious about which countries are playing during the current match, just check out the flags flying outside the pub.

Gazeebo Burgers
A neighborhood staple for quite some time, Gazeebo Burgers typically has sporting events broadcasting from the TVs around the restaurant. And milkshakes are a great companion to any soccer game, obviously.

Snuffer’s
Snuffer’s in Preston Center has a classic bar-and-restaurant vibe, so it’s the perfect option for casual World Cup viewing on the restaurant’s wall-mounted TVs.

Ball’s Hamburgers
This burger joint is known for its over-the-top sports theme, and its walls are adorned with all sorts of sporting goods decor. You’re sure to find some fellow soccer fanatics to watch with while chowing down on a few of the restaurant’s signature sliders.

Humperdink’s
Although it’s a bit outside of our neighborhood, Humperdink’s is kind of like the ultimate man cave, complete with countless big-screen TVs and more beers than you can imagine. The location is huge, so get together with a few hundred of your closest friends and catch all the World Cup action as it’s broadcast.

Chip’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers
With a giant TV right in the center of the restaurant, Chip’s is an excellent spot to fill up with delicious food and cheer along during the game. Grab a Shiner on draft and keep up with all the World Cup fancy footwork.

Time Out Tavern
This spot is a fun, small dive bar that calls itself “The Dallas Sports Bar,” so you know it’s all about the action here. Plus, you can beef up your shuffleboard and pool game while watching World Cup matches at the same time.
