Paradise 4 Paws
Neighbors headed to and from Love Field Airport have a new option for pet boarding, beginning Oct. 1. Through a partnership with Lovers Lane Animal Medical Center, just west of Inwood, pet owners can drop off their animal companions at the clinic. The animals are then shuttled to Paradise 4 Paws located near DFW Airport where it has served travelers for three years.
The new service comes as the Wright Amendment lifts and creates more activity at Love Field. The facility offers overnight suites for cats and dogs, doggie daycare and obedience training along with plenty of pet pampering such as grooming, fitness and massage therapy. Owners can watch their pets on webcams placed inside the rooms and play areas.
The DFW Airport location is open 24 hours for drop-off and pick-up, but the partnership with LLAMC has more limited hours: drop off Monday through Friday from 7-11 a.m., and on Saturdays from 8-10 a.m. Parents can pick up Monday through Friday from 2-6 p.m., and on Saturdays from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Drop-off and pick-up services are not currently available on Sundays. During holidays and other peak times, available drop-off and pick-up hours may vary.
