A new salad that features pistachios, parmesan cheese, and Bosc pears topped with maple syrup apple cider vinaigrette is joining a few other seasonal menu additions at the popular Preston/Forest pizza spot, Dough Pizzeria Napoletana.

Also new to the menu:

  • Autumn Burrata, with butternut squash, mascarpone cheese, carmelized onions, and truffle oil pureed inside of a burrata (an Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream)
  • Meatball Pizza, once a specialty pizza, this hearty pie has now been added to the regular menu
  • Several new craft cocktails such as the Cranberry Crush, made with Deep Eddy cranberry vodka, basil, muddled cranberries, lemon juice, and club soda
