An exhibition of works by H.O. Robertson, including the painting pictured above, begins this Sunday at the Meadows Museum at Southern Methodist University. The former Dallasite was a key artist in the Depression-era movement of Texas Regionalism. Thanks to the recent gift from the artist’s family of nearly three dozen works by Robertson, the university now holds one of the most comprehensive collections of the artist’s work. On display through March 1. Cost is $4-$10; call 214.768.2516 for more information.
