Rendering of the new addition to the Shops at Park Lane, which includes a park plaza, flanked by two ground-level restaurant buildings, plus a five-story office building

The expansion of the Shops at Park Lane has taken shape on the north side of the shopping center, and new retail tenants will begin rolling out this spring and summer.

The fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant Zoës Kitchen opens April 9. Crisp Salad Company, which arrived last year on Lower Greenville, will soon join the mix.

Remember the buzz around the “flagship” Starbucks? It will be the first location in North Texas to serve beer and wine in the evenings, and it opens April 14, the Dallas Morning News reports. Other retailers on the way include discount stores for Forever 21 (yes, there’s a cheaper version, called F12 red) and J. Crew Factory. They’ll join the Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s outlets that already exist in the shopping center.

Construction began last year on the three new buildings, adding 160,000 square feet of new retail, and a five-story office building, with a park plaza at the center.
