More than 400 turn out to learn about Dallas Midtown plans

The people behind Oak Cliff’s Smoke, Bolsa and Chicken Scratch open the Theodore this fall at NorthPark Center next door to Kona Grill. The restaurant, with Chef Tim Byres at the helm, honors the rugged and adventurous president Teddy Roosevelt, and the menu is inspired by foods he might have eaten.
