Leslie O’Hare, co-founder of the production company Uppermost Entertainment, had an idea for a play. She just needed someone to help flesh it out.

Enter Preston Hollow resident Scott Rolfe Joesphson. He’s a certified special education teacher with a passion for storytelling, and, after talking to O’Hare, he wrote the script she had been dying to read. It follows an oblivious narcissist named Brock Besson as he makes his way through therapy and relationships.

The one-man show, “I’m Always On My Mind,” premiered at Theatre 166 in Carrollton July 24. If you didn’t catch that performance, there will be plenty of other opportunities to support our neighbor. The play runs through Oct. 31. To purchase a ticket, click here.
