If you find yourself craving a sticky bun this January, don’t drive to Walnut Hill Road. By then, Crossroads Diner will have moved to the corner of Preston and Campbell. Why? Teresa Gubbins has the scoop.

On August 4, Smoothie Kings across Dallas-Fort Worth are offering free 12 oz. Lemon Twist Strawberry smoothies. Snag yours at the location on Forest Lane.

Restaurant Week kicks off August 10. Neighborhood eateries like Nick & Sam’s Grill, DISH – Preston Hollow and Meso Maya will sell two-course lunches for $20 and three-course dinners for $35 or $45 dollars. 20% of the proceeds from each meal benefit North Texas Food Bank. Better start making reservations. For a complete list of participating restaurants, visit CBS-DFW.
