Serial bank robber Joshua Sefnathn Chavez is wanted by the FBI. His most recent offense occurred around 1:30 p.m. September 1 at the Chase Bank on Preston-Forest.
Chavez handed the teller a handwritten note demanding money. He said he was armed with a handgun and swiftly fled the scene. The Dallas Police Department did not say whether he successfully completed the robbery.
