Investigators say she used a stolen identity to acquire credit cards and spend more than $8,000 at the Shops at Park Lane.
The crime happened in August, police say, when the woman in the photo entered the North Central Expressway shopping center and, “using victims’ personal information to obtain multiple credit cards, began fraudulently purchasing over $8,000 worth of merchandise.”
