On January 19 officers from the Northwest Patrol Division noticed a stolen vehicle cruising around the 2500 block of Walnut Hill Lane. According to reports, they pulled the driver over and charged him/her with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. But the plot thickens.

While inspecting the car’s interior, police found “thousands of dollars of property that had recently been stolen in a car burglary.” They also discovered “illegal narcotics … several credit cards, ID cards, and social security cards.”

In addition to Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, the suspect is now being charged with “felony theft, multiple drug charges, and Fraudulent Possession of Identifying Information.” The individual’s identity has not been released.
