Feel like exploring other parts of our city this weekend? The Greater Dallas Restaurant Association (GDRA) will host a pop-up dinner at Trinity Groves on Sunday, Jan. 31, at 5:30 p.m.

A few Preston Hollow chefs are participating, including Nikky Phinyawatana of Asian Mint, Kent Rathbun of Kent Rathbun Concepts and John Tesar, who we profiled in our October issue.

The menu includes panko crusted chicken thighs with fermented black bean fried rice, striped bass with roasted cauliflower and French apple cake with ice cream. Tickets are $125 and can be purchased here. Bon appétit!
