There’s a roller skate thief in our neighborhood. According to an email from Hillcrest East Crimewatch, “several pairs of roller skates and gear” were lifted from two vehicles — one of which may have been unlocked — in the 7300 block of Azalea Lane. The theft occurred sometime between the evening of Feb. 6 and the morning of Feb. 7. A police report has been filed.
