Preston Hollow already brims with luxury senior living communities — there’s Edgemere, The Legacy, etc. — but demand must be great, because yet another is coming. Dallas-based developer Silverstone Healthcare just broke ground on HarborChase, a new 134-unit assisted living and memory care complex.

According to the announcement, the building “will feature a grand lobby with a double-sided fireplace and piano, salon, spa, state-of-the-art wellness center, billiards and shuffleboard room, art room, community meeting room and garden room.” Wowzers! There’ll even be a “cocktail lounge” for entertaining.

The community is being erected in Preston Center. (Don’t forget, if all goes according to plan, a similar project called Ventana by Bucker will open just a couple miles away in 2018.)
