Did you ever want to raise backyard chickens but didn’t know what it involved? John and Emily Ramos of Urban Chicken Inc. will be discussing all the details of raising chickens on Saturday from 3-5 p.m. at Northaven Gardens. The poultry experts will discuss the basics, answer questions and have pullets available for sale. There is no charge to attend the class, but registration is required (and available here).
Get deep into Dali at the Meadows Museum this Thursday at 6 p.m. “The Conservator’s Eye: Examining Structure, Process and Artistic Intention in Salvador Dalí’s L’homme poisson, 1930” is the discussion topic to be explored by Claire Barry, a conservator of the Kimbell Art Museum. There is no charge to attend.
