This Saturday, It’s My Park Day offers bubble soccer from 9:30-11:30 a.m.
It’s not often you can volunteer, play bubble soccer and enjoy lunch from the Hamburger Man all in a four-hour span, but this time around It’s My Park Day offers just that.
The annual event kicks off this Saturday and encourages residents to participate in beautification projects at parks citywide.
In Preston Hollow, neighbors can clean up and landscape the Northaven Trail from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. EARS Dog Rescue Meet and Greet, CorePower yoga and the Preston/Royal Dallas Public Library also will make an appearance that morning.
And, of course, there’s always the prospect of strapping yourself inside an oversized plastic bubble to play soccer as an incentive to attend.
