Former President George W. Bush and former First Lady Laura Bush walked into a SPCA of Texas‘ animal care center to thank the workers there and ended up walking out with a puppy.
It’s easy to understand why the Preston Hollow neighbors made that seemingly spontaneous decision, because Freddy is ridiculously adorable.
According to a City of Dallas news release, Code Inspector Alex Castillo discovered Freddy and his siblings in a garbage bin and took the puppies to Dallas Animal Services, which works with SPCA of Texas.
