If you occasionally crave a giant neon-colored slushy, you should know a QuikTrip could be constructed in the outskirts of our neighborhood.
The Oklahoma-based chain has requested a zoning change to build a 5,773-square-foot gas station and merchandise store at 3740 W. Northwest Highway. The property is where Sprint and Inwood Lawn Equipment currently are located.
The City Plan Commission won’t decide whether to approve the zoning change until its meeting scheduled March 16. But a similar request already made an appearance on a city council agenda this past April, when the council members opted to postpone any decision-making.
