Want to know where your taxpayer dollars are going? Attend these budget town hall meetings

It’s that time of year already.

Budget season has arrived, and the City of Dallas is asking for residents’ input on this year’s proposed budget.

Three town hall meetings are scheduled throughout the month to solicit neighbors’ feedback:

• Aug. 16:  Residents who live in District 11 and 13 can stop by Churchill Recreation Center, 6906 Churchill Way, at 6:30 p.m.
• Aug. 22: This virtual meeting at 6 p.m. is geared toward District 13 neighbors. Call in at 855. 840. 6970.
• Aug. 29: This District 13 meeting is slated at 6:30 p.m. at Preston Hollow Elementary, 6423 Walnut Hill Lane.
