Pups and pies at Norma’s Cafe this Thursday

A handful of four-legged guests are dining at Norma’s Cafe this week.

For the past six years, the Dog Days of Summer has introduced canines in need of a new home to Norma’s customers. The pet adoption event  —co-hosted by Dallas DogRRR — is slated Thursday, Aug. 24, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the diner’s Park Lane location.

The adoptable pups will have up-to-date vaccinations, be spayed or neutered, and be microchipped. (You can see all of the pooches looking for owners here.)

Diners who submit adoption paperwork on site will receive a $25 gift card. The first four people  to adopt a dog will be rewarded with a $40 gift card to Hollywood Feed.

A portion of Norma’s sales will be donated to the organization, in case you’re not looking for a furry companion but want to support Dallas DogRRR.
