A Forest Lane office park is being redeveloped.
United Development purchased the Park Forest office complex at 3530 Forest Lane. The Southlake real estate firm plans to demolish two buildings on the 4-acre property and build a self-storage center slated to open next fall.
United Development teamed up with Lone Star Self Storage to construct the 60,000-square-foot facility.
The redevelopment project costs roughly $10 million.
