The Jewish Community Center’s Senior Expo is back. This year, free fitness classes, health screenings and brain exercises are featured at the annual event.
Flu and pneumonia vaccines, insurance assistance and nutrition education also will be incorporated into the resource fair, slated Tuesday, Nov. 7 from 9 a.m.- 2 p.m.
Singer, speaker and artist Marty Ruiz will provide entertainment, and free lunch will be given to the first 100 attendees.
