Three months after we reported Bobby Haas’ $27.5 million mansion is on the market, oil mogul T. Boone Pickens listed his Preston Hollow estate for roughly $6 million.
The 8,906-square-foot home at 9434 Alva Court was constructed in 1996. The three-bedroom house is surrounded by gardens, fountains and outdoor seating areas.
“My Alva Court property in Dallas is a wonderful home with some incredible neighbors. But as an 89-year-old single man, I’ve just got too much house on my hands,” Pickens told the Dallas Morning News.
