When Andy Beal bought Tom Hicks’ mansion in 2016, it was rumored to be the largest residential property sale in the entire state.
The 25-acre estate in Preston Hollow was listed at $100 million, which made it the most expensive in Dallas.
Beal, however, never moved into our neighborhood. Now he’s auctioning the 27,092-square-foot main house, 3,347-square-foot guest house and 4,836-square-foot recreation building to the highest bidder.
The auction is scheduled to start Tuesday, Dec. 19, through the online auction house Concierge Auctions.
