Thanks to its European-style architecture and proximity to Love Field, the Sherwood Forest Apartments on Northwest Highway were once one of Dallas’ most desirable properties.
The development, later renamed the Gates of Bluffview, was recently demolished to make way for modern apartments.
Trinsic Residential Group plans to build an apartment and townhouse complex on 7 acres of the land. The project, called the Aura Bluffview, will consist of 473 units. The remaining 3 acres were sold to Green Brick Partner’s Centre Living Home to construct single-family homes.
