Learn to age gracefully, garden and more this weekend

If birthdays aren’t as exciting as they once were, learn tips and tools for healthy aging Thursday at the Preston Royal Library. The Endless Aging program reviews healthy eating habits, relaxation techniques and exercises that improve balance. The hourlong class starts at 6 p.m.

Do you have too many trees in your yard? If that’s what is preventing you from gardening, North Haven Gardens’ free workshop teaches participants what plants thrive in the shade. Education and outreach coordinator Rusty E.
